Does anybody have any build templates for our ME 1 & 2 squadmates for the Armax Arena? Specifically I am ready to try Miranda & Kusami. I searched before posting and didn't find any.

Sadly they come with powers pre invested, which screws up the builds. But here we go:
Miranda
Max Overload: Chain, NS or Recharge (depends on your goal...), Shield/Barrier
Max Warp: Detonate, Expose, Pierce
Max Passive: It doesn't matter a whole lot. I took Power Damage, Tech Damage and Squad Power Damage Bonus (I think). Actually for the last one I should have taken Shield Recharge for my Novaguard. Oh well.
Reave or Incinerate should depend on your class.
Kasumi:
Max Tac Cloak: Damage, Doesn't Matter (Recharge may not work right), Damage
Max Overload: Chain, NS, Chain
Max Passive: Power, Tech, Squad
If I could I would remove points from Decoy since it messes with her bread and butter which should be cloaked Overload spam. Hot key Cloak and Overload. Always activate her cloak, then Overload a target. Tac Cloak will boost the damage and override the CD of Overload.

^ Can confirm that the 5th Rank "Recharge Speed" of Kasumi's Tactical Cloak is bugged (it does not actually reduce the cooldown of the power).

When I added Miranda, she was completely un-specced. I can invest anything I want. I haven't added any of the others yet.

All of my characters in Citadel had 4 levels invested in everything. I have been Level 60 basically both times I played it, so maybe that is why. Dunno.

Ok, let me rephrase that...Miranda had 3 levels in everything. Your post jogged my memory on that. So I can spec the ones that require a choice. Unfortunately, I haven't played anything other than a soldier really so I am pretty noobish when it comes to spec'ing my squad. I am thinking I need to play at a difficulty level that requires more help from my squad.

You can't respec them. My number one complaint about the Citadel DLC is that everyone comes with points spent already. I hate it so much!
Why they never added Javik to the medbay is beyond me.
