The ADAS rate of fire has to do with game performance. MP is more demanding then single player for a number of reasons, and projectiles are very expensive. The ADAS firing at the same rate as it does in singleplayer causes heavy issues on most platforms. So we have to do what we can to reach a similar DPS through damage adjustments on its new firing rate.

We've increased the number of arrows fired by 1, which is a 25% flat damage bonus to both the melee and power component of the power. We've reduced the base damage of this power by 25% to compenstate, but this damage reduction only applies to the power portion of the damage, which is always significantly less than the melee portion.
In the end, this is a damage buff.

Part of it was to speed up the release and make it more consistent with using a power. It also fixes the issue where clients will occasionally not fire the arrows after releasing the bow.

I can confirm that modifying the coalesced to fix the keybinding issue with the Talon is acceptable. But modifying any other game data is not approved.
