Only if your day-to-day activity in life is solely playing this game will you max out your manifest. For everyone else, they will accomplish this in about two years. One does not simply get all URs.

Goofy nerfs to Repair Matrix
Minor 10% buffs to weapons that need much more
The worst is the further watering down of the Ultra-Rare pool
I'm pretty much done with the game now. Thanks for making it easy to move on to other things.

All they have to do is rerun the ones they have and there you go. This would allow players to catch ones they've missed.
Weekend ops could now award premium packs.
As for the AIU nerf....Well, you didn't touch my tc or sf so I'm ok with it.

+ 2.whatever damage points? you are that funny intentional, right? well - if you would at least kindly keep it up with the buffs to that gun like this please - like this we might get an, at least slightly acceptable base-DPS in 1 1/2 months from now... .

They raped the playstyle and put a noose around her neck so the playstyle will be kinda strangled, in order to balance around dying / self reviving.

Part of it was to speed up the release and make it more consistent with using a power. It also fixes the issue where clients will occasionally not fire the arrows after releasing the bow.
