I had gotten exactly one hurricane uprade since retaliation after getting it to eight so seing that X pop up put a smile on my face.

Immediatley threw it on my turian soldier with AP IVs.  Cerberus did not stand a chance.

Finally maxed my retaliation UR's this morning with the BPP X. Back to grind I guess, stuck at Hurricane 8 for a long while.
