its not a big secret, that our custom shepards changed over the course of the three games.

in part 3, it was really difficult to make our sheps look the way they should.

here are my results.

she looks great. your shep looks like she's aged a little over the years. my shep imported without any problems, but she seems to be the opposite & appears to have gotten younger across the games.

ME2
she never thought she'd say this, but she misses her scars from the blitz lol...

ME3
i had to tweak her eye colour to the darker shade of green to make it match & give her a new haircut (the others just didn't suit), but i think her face structure imported quite nicely. & her freckles made it over too!

@ millsenberry

your shep looks great as well ..

i had to adjust a lot of things in me3 .. wrong hair collor, wrong mouth (the hardest part) and the eyes looked different as well.

yeah .. my shep got "a little soft around the edges" .. foods good in vancouver i guess.

but yeah ... she looks a little bit exhausted ...but .. well dying and blowing up collectors takes its toll.

Three things I recommend to get a more consistent, and just better overall look:

ChandlerL's lovely face texture, much more in line with the one in ME2.

Eyelashes_Redone.zip, which helps with the racoon look.

ELE's very nice eye mod, which fixes the flatness of the default textures.

I recommend all of these highly.

There's a fan creation that lets you do it with just a few clicks:

faceeffect.blogspot.com/2012/04/lazarus-project-face-effect-tutorial.html

(Well, once you install everything, it's just a few clicks.)

Here are some examples of the results people got:

social.bioware.com/group/7281/discussion/21513/

Did this just totally fall off the radar after Bioware locked the thread about it? (I haven't checked the forums nearly a year.) That's too bad. I wouldn't have been able to play the game without it.

This is hilarious. I just made one of these and came here to post it, and found this thread!

Hope it doesn't get too badly resized.

Also I'm on PS3 so I had to work from screencaps of video captures, so I had to liberally apply sharpening and other effects.
