There's an annoying bug with Rally skill that if your character leaves the aura and then back to it the bonuses (defense and attack) are not added to him/her. You can hear the sound effect (like a boom sound) but the bonuses just vanishes. You need to recast the skill again or leave the area to make it work again.
I'm using 1.02a patch.
