I want to start a new ME3 save with everything done except I don't have time to play the first two games. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me find what all the plot flags are so I can begin. Thank you.

Here's this thread, and in the OP is a link to some plot codes. If you want most/all the plot flags, you of course need Gibbed.
