How about those of us have had one or more dry streaks of 3-5-8-12 million credits and no URs? I think for alot of us, URs are worth ALOT more than 1 million dollars, skewing your numbers off by quite a bit

That is not how probability works, also if you are interested I can tell you, how many credits you have actually spent.

2.3 million today, NOT A SINGLE ULTRA RARE
i want to try out the lancer, but i cant BC all i have is the geth spitter, yes, spitter, i am VERY VERY VERY angry to be rewarded with NOTHING.
note, i like the game, it's fun, but i want the M-7 Lancer, was very hard not to swear.

Let this thread die. We're not gonna change the store, so we may as well suck it up and move on. Personally, I'm beginning to enjoy the level four consumables, and besides, my bet is that we're still going to have weekend missions and on those we will get one ultra rare as reward. That's what I'd do if I were them, so that's what I'm counting on.

If operations are to continue, possibility exists(?) perhaps they could do multi tier ops, like lodestar.
If they're not going to continue, then the UR pack should be added.

The endgame is a brutal slog if you're playing for manifest instead of just to play. I average 1 UR per 700,000 credits. That's one every 12 gold games or 5 Platinum. At that pace, given I dopn't use most of the URs and there are only a few I want at 10, I'm best to just quit multi.

Fortunately, I don't play for unlocks, I play because it's entertainment and I have a bunch of friends who still play. When they disappear, I'll be done too, completed manifest or no.

I am quit proud of the fact that I've gotten my manifest where it's at just through gameplay.

I think people's issue with the current store isn't so much maxing the manifest as much as perceived reward. I can potentially go days or weeks without earning a single UR despite many a cleared Platinum match. It gets aggravating. Rather than compelling us to put in more effort, it irritates us to the point that we no longer feel up to putting in as much effort as prior.

I play for the chellenges and friends, personally, but the lack of certain weapons frustrates me. It seems that I too often get what I *don't* use, opposed to what I would really like to use.

It's tremendously ****ty and frustrating going long periods of time without any genuine reward for gameplay investment. I don't have access to even low levels of all the weapons, and it's pissing me off.

I can't say I'm going to support the next Mass Effect title if the store is going to operate in similar manner. It doesn't provide the rewards I need to feel like my time isn't being wasted. I have no sense of progression or achievement.

An in-game store can be random, to a point. This iteration is manipulative. It feigns depth at the expense of customer time and money investment. It wasn't so bad when we had full on support, but now that there is nothing to look forward to in terms of DLC, there's much less to drive even longtime users beyond what few weapons they don't have.

I love ME3 MP, but I'm tired of having increasingly less to show for my commitment and investment in the title. I won't be offering anywhere near the same level of customer loyalty if future titles don't seriously examine and improve on multiplayer unlocks and progression.

Random but related question: If they implemented a trading system, how much better would the progression/community be? (IYO obviously).

I truely hope this thread is painting a clear picture for the Bioware team of why we are so wanting of a guaranteed UR pack. Heck, from what I've read, it sounds like BroJo thinks 500k would be too expensive for such a pack... So make it cheaper than that? The price should be left up to the team, however, I really do think it is needed, or at the very least HEAVILY wanted.

It would offset fatigue from a random store, to an extent. It would still require that I lack content in favor of different content, which is good because I can trade out dusty weapons, mods, gear, equipment, or characters, but also bad because... y'know, the store shouldn't have an issue prioritizing content I don't have at all.

I gotta say, honestly, I kind of agree with Bryan on this. I dont like the idea of an ultra rare only pack. And just to put it into perspective for everyone, my fav gun in this whole game is the BW...which sadly to say I just unlocked less than a week ago. I gotta say the amount of joy I received after finally unlocking the gun of my dreams was astonishing! I dont want to lose that amount of sheer childhood joy from opening a PSP to find that I have unlocked the thing i wanted most. Yes it can be discouraging not getting an UR every time you open a pack but, doesnt it make it that much more exciting when you do finally get what you desired? Most of the time I feel like the random number gods hate me, but it doesnt make me want a guaranteed UR every time i open a pack. I honestly think we as the player base have forgotten that it is suppose to be all about the amount of fun. I know I will probably be flamed for this post but it is just my opinion so please dont take offense to any of this. And just to kinda hit on the trying out weapons...they did give us the arena in SP ^_^ I know not exactly the same, but its at least trying the new weapons out.

Thats nice. You know what my reaction is? it wavers between "f***ing finally" and "not this POS gun again." Thats not a good reaction to have. I dont want a UR in every pack, i just want a more predictable way to unlock a UR. When you spend millions of credits and only get equipment used to get more credits, it is a huge letdown.

@Revenant: I agree that is should at least prioritize new content: My Indra X is nice but my Spitfire, Lancer, and Valkyrie 0 are not.
