I will have to ask my wife. However in the game I agree with Ashley Williams and The Illusive Man the most.

Personality-wise? Hm.
I really don't sympathize with the main characters in quite that way. I can relate to Liara, since she's so withdrawn and socially awkward, but a very capable scholar with an interest in antiquity. I wouldn't say that I AM Liara, though, even in the first game. She's too much of an ingenue, and I'm too much of a jaded cynic.
I can relate to Miranda's tendency to doubt her own abilities, as well. Sometimes you don't feel like you've earned anything you can do. Impostor syndrome is a common trait among people who are especially capable, of course, but many people also fancy themselves to be great talents when they're ignorant of what real excellence would be like. How do you know? How do you differentiate hard work and training from raw potential?
Kind of sympathize with the more pragmatic elements of Garrus's moral code, too. ("We should definitely kill Saren when we get the chance" makes sense; "I'm going to go to a place entirely populated by criminals and kill criminals there" does not.)
And I guess I can grok Kaidan's horrible guilt baggage. Although he annoys me.
Most of the characters just don't act or think the way I would in their place. Particularly the human ones, I suppose.

The Illusive Man but without the belief in human supremecy, or the vast intelligence, or the drive to work towards what he belives in...
So basically The Illusive Man without any of his defining characteristics...

Note: I'm not a badass like her though. I AM a natural caregiver.

Huh. It's hard to separate what you are from what you really strive to be but have not quite attained.
I'd like to consider myself a Tali. That's weird for me though because I'm hot for her.
Liara has too many positive attributes for me to say that I'm much like her, but there is that aspect of .. aloofness that I tend to put up around myself. I don't know. I'm not cool enough to be like the characters.
But I'm definitely marrying a Kaidan. They're similar in the best ways.

Combine all their mild personalities and you get me! Mix and match to get your own mutant too!

Throw Garrus and Liara's (from Mass Effect for Liara, specifically) personalities in a blender, and you have me. A shy guy who can't talk to women to save his life.
A little of Jack too, I'd reckon.
