 I just posted this idea in another thread, and would like your opinion:

Since the promotionals are now ultrarares and can be in psps (no more weekend challanges), it will be even harder to aquire URs because there is so many of them.
If we just brought the platinum operation lodestar back and make it so that everytime you complete it you get a gift pack, you still have a reasonable chance to work on your manifest without making it too easy to max.

What do you think?
