Congratulations? The Eagle with a 40% damage buff still does less damage than the Harrier with a 25% buff. The HP is also supposed to add 50 points to weight (not sure if that was actually ever fixed for non DLC weapons or not) while the EB adds nothing. So yeah, pretty sure that helps prove my point that the Eagle is not even close to UR worthy. Would probably be better to compare the eagle to other pistols rather than an assault rifle anyway.

Your opinion on the Eagle is all well and fine, I don't have a problem with that. The eagle is not worthy of being a UR, that's the only point I'm making. FWIW, I don't believe the Valkyrie, Valiant or Crusader are worthy of being URs either.

So, to be a UR it need to do at leas the same damage as the Harrier?

The game is a grind because of the awful store implementation. The vast majority of items are "Rare" and "Ultra-Rare," and there are plenty of useless items such as explosive rounds and stability modules which makes getting items you actually want take forever.

And the fact that the Ultra-Rare pool has been vastly bloated in the past couple of weeks of course makes it even more tedious. Wouldn't be so bad if several if the now-UR weapons weren't mediocre.

Would love to have a look at OP manifest to see how many hrs they've played vs unlocks, and manifest completion %. Until then it's hard to see this as anything else other than unabashed whining.

OP, if you are really desperate to get the Lancer, then try this...

1. Delete all DLC except Reckoning and original game. Please note all kits (characters / gear / guns) from the others will vanish from your select options. Fear not they have not been deleted.
2. Buy your packs the store will only be able to pick kits from original and Reckoning. You may have to try this more than once but it will give you a greater chance at Reckoning stuff and maxing them out.
3. Re-install the other DLC, your missing kits should now be back.

I have used this method myself to finish off character from Earth DLC so know it works on xbox. Other BSN users have also mentioned this method in other "I can't Get ...." forums. Do not play the game till you reinstall the other DLC's as you are limited by choice and who you play with. Hope this helps out.

After 4 glacier speed runs, I was also ready to quit (talk about being bored). Fortunately we went back to U/U/P, and it was easy to remember why we enjoy playing so much. OP, farming can burn you out. If you go in with the attitude that UR upgrades are the byproduct of playing, not the purpose of playing, it will increase your enjoyment.
