i would say mine is that my PPR is trapped at II. Kills me.

The first UR I got was the Indra, and that came from the N7 Day Loyalty pack. I have never gotten another upgade for it.

The Saber is among my least-used weapons, but is my highest level UR.

The Harrier was the weapon I wanted the most out of all of them, because I love assault rifles and there are so few really good ones in the game. It was the very last UR I unlocked (pre-Reckoning) and is still at level I.

The N7 Paladin was one of the kits I was most looking forward to and it was the very last kit I unlocked before the Reckoning classes were released.

The Volus Adept, Engineer and Vanguard still have the "New" tag on them... and probably always will.

I have none of the Reckoning UR weapons.

The worst feature about my manifest.. The fact that i can never seem to get ops packs unless i buy JEP's but even then i only get 5, my ops backs have been steadily declining very very badly, other then that with weapons and characters i count myself quite lucky as I have only played 100 or so hours and i have a vast number of characters and weapons to choose from. But in the first spectre pack i got which was at something like 50 hours, i got a Javelin then the pack after i got the Black Widow. I like using Snipers. I was pleased.

There are some rares that I have that are at 1 and others that I have at level 9.

I still don't have the human male vanguard(common) maxed on my Xbox.  Before the last DLC, I had every character open and most are maxed.  I had all the uncommon characters maxed before the common characters. Which to this day, are still not maxed.

I'm going to LOL very hard if I max that character on PC before I max it on Xbox.  I've had the PC version since late Jan.

I'm incapable of hoarding OP packs and my Valkyrie has been stuck at level one for months and months. Also I have never touched many of the common/uncommon guns ever.

Played since launch and never gotten a Drell Vanguard until just before reckoning.

I spent something like 1.5M credits in recruit packs before I got the fourth upgrade for the Human Male Infiltrator... Not to go from 1 to 4, but from 3 to 4... I got the Human Female Infiltrator about 200 times during that spending

I got my first Javelin after maxing 2 UR and having all the others at least at level 4. It took me 8 months...

I'm close(ish) to a max manifest now, but I do remember that the store loved giving me infiltrators. I had all infiltrators way before I had even 2 non human characters in the others.

i try to keep all my gels/missles/thermal clip and ops packs at or near 255.
funny little theory i have, i feel that UR's drop better for me with these 4 things maxed out...

My Harrier is at 9 while there are still some URs I don't have, and the majority of the ones I do have aren't even level 5.

I have a Hurricane 9 but a Crusader 1. The rest of the former promotional weapons are between 5-8.

Still waiting for a Drell Vanguard, which ironically was the first character I unlocked in the demo. I kind of want it, but I'd rather have the GI!

Hey, at least you have your Valkyrie unlocked! The one promo gun that's eluded me for the past 4 months..

My weirdest quirk was a finished maxing the manifest after reckoning with a double UR pack Venom IX and X IIRC. Didn't hold up, but was pretty cool at the time.

I've been playing since launch and I still don't have a Javalin.  My Wraith VIII and Scorpion VII are my only high level ultra rares, everything else is rank I to III.

For the first few months of the game, the only things I ever got were shotguns. I was stuck with the base characters and base weapons despite having every non-ultra-rare shotgun almost maxed. Granted, having a high level GPS came in pretty handy, but what I really wanted was a Carnifex, an Asari Adept, and any Krogan.

I also didn't have any Drell characters until a month or two after the Earth DLC came out.
