@Didact2401: Yeah I'll do Kai and the MP Slayer (thought I have to check those textures still) off this one too. I do plan to do the Phantoms still too but that texture has a different wrap, horrendous basequality and some altered elements. It's more work so I decided to work on the Male version first.
I'll also still release the Ashley colours for both genders.

Male Cerberus version without logos and Alliance Liara themed versions now completed. Files added to the project linked through the OP under the Armax Arena Armor entry. I'll add pictures to the OP as soon as Imageshack doesn't hate me anymore.

As always, fantastic, beautiful work! Much appreciated. You DO know it would be OK if you took a break now and then to maybe relax, play ME (or something) and maybe check out all the HR mods by actually trying them in-game? Don't give yourself carpal tunnel syndrome by only doing textures up the ying-yang. Instead give yourself carpal tunnel by playing the game you are enhancing too! ;-)

@Getorex: I'll take it into advisement =P

@zeypher: Because they are hehe =) I've kept some white elements across the armor to keep some contrast and preserve more detail. All black's no good. Already have a bunch of red elements on the arms.

Zomg I love you! Ahem...I mean the shade armors are frakkin amazing! Now I am going to have to put down Skyrim and do another playthrough of ME haha. Very much looking forward to using these.

Oh btw I know there have been a few floating around but any plans on HR ajax armor retexures? Just curious cuz you know you do great work hehe. Either way everything you've done so far has been appreciated.

*SPLOOSH* Looking amazing! I'm a bit confused as to whether you're still working the male alliance recolor though? Your file page lists it as completed but then you state you're working on it and I can't see it in the downloads. So...you're not done? or did you forget to upload? No pressure!

@Jason346: Oh crap I might have set it to group only *checks* Yep group only, and here I was wondering why it had almost no downloads lol. It's fixed now, thanks for the heads up =)

Ok, meanwhile I've finished Kai Leng's version. I could release that one for Maleshep too, if there's interest.

I haven't touched his visor or facial texture, but the sword is retextured.

I've added Enemies to my Environmental Project, so I don't have to start up another. I'll update the OP momentarily.

Hrmmm...something about the male alliance recolor causes ME3 to crash on startup. Thought it might be Texmod itself but the female recolor loads with no problems. Any ideas what it could be?

@Jason346: The texmod works fine here (obviously as I created it), just tested it again without issues.
I'd advise just to restart (your pc) tbh.

@Tup3xi: Yezz =)

Garrus with HR Facial texture.
The facial texture is adapted based on Church's conversion of JeanLuc's ME2 Face, so credit goes to both.
I've just made some adjustments across the board and added in my own visor.

The reflectiveness of the Armor is also revised, contrast in the spec lowered and some mirrored scratches have been removed as suggested.

I'll update the download file in the project momentarily and update the OP when I have.

Something seems screwy with the legs for the N7 armor... the belt buckle seems flat and normal map-less, and there seems to be a edge due to mesh normals or something on the buckle too. Both male and female versions are affected.  I've tried reinstalling it repeatedly. Is it something on my end that I'm missing?

I'm using the .MOD version.

Wow well.. I went and checked and you're right, there was a problem with the normal map format and the belt is where the seam is located so that was THE place to notice the issue.
I'll tell you thought, I haven't the foggiest HOW it happened, I converted my normal to V8U8 correctly and after replacement through running the .mod in texplorer it also shows to have the right format. Thing was though it didn't, indicated by the lighting seam on the belt itself. ><

I have resaved the normal map again now as a V8U8, manually replaced it via Texplorer and tested it ingame with no issues this time around. I'll go and make a tiny 'fix' .mod so you can patch your N7 install if you'd rather not redownload the entire thing, i'll also create a new complete mod for the N7 though and replace the download link in the OP.

I'll give a shout when both are done. Thanks very much for the heads up!

Edit: Ehh, now I've run the original mod overtop the fixed normal texture (so it should be replaced with the broken one again) but it still works. Good job at making sense game. No matter I'll go and release the fix and the .mod even though I really don't understand what's happening lol. Maybe it's because the mod was created a few me3explorer versions ago, who knows.

Edit2: Here's the Belt Fix

Here's some update images, for those interested, in my body mesh edits.  They are subtle but real (and very tedious to perform).  Ottemis...some of the changes may mess up the default body textures a little bit...might I tap on your shoulder for help in tweaking any textures that might need it?  I know very little about textures and you are a true artist.

A bit of a nit of mine I had with the female body models... could they possibly be made a bit meatier?  It always kinda jarred me that FemShep and Ash are both career soldiers (and Shepard is a Space Navy Seal at that)... but they don't seem to have any additional muscle mass.

Also, +1 for the N7 leg fix from Ottemis. :lol:

I don't want to hijack the thread but...that was sort of my beef with the bodies as well, only the developers erred in the direction of excess fat, hence my trimming them up.  I am playing around with tweaking Ashley's legs for increased appearance of leg muscle, both in the uniform and in the romance body where most is bared to the world.  I also want to do something about the dresses - clingy to the point of being like painted on, which exacerbated their bizarre forms (really horrible posture and soft, fleshy butts and thighs).

What I'd like is for femshep's neck to be shortened >< I get it's likely been done for it to look right when she's wearing certain armor, but on the casual outfits it looks like balls. Has done through all three games.
My biggest issue with Femshep's body in ME3 specifically is how narrow her chest is, it makes her look a lot more fragile than she otherwise would have. That and the skinny upper arms, the rest I can deal with.

@MadCat221 : :ph34r: Lemme know if it fixes it for you.

I've gotten a few request to try and do something abotu femshep.  I'll take a look for her meshes and see what I can do.  I've been asked to reduce her breasts as well but I'll check the neck too.  It SHOULD be possible.  The neck shouldn't actually be a problem to fix as I think about it.  The helmets are not actually put over any head model, per se, they are actually different heads entirely that get placed on the otherwise headless body (that's why Ashley's default uniform body is headless...the head comes separate).  I've got Ashley's head and hair and helmeted head all as separate meshes that I pulled out, for instance.  The fun part is that they are used repeatedly in different pcc files in the ME3 directory so after I edit them to my liking I have to hunt for all instances of that mesh object in the pccs and replace all of them.

Femsheps chest and shoulders should be fairly easy to beef up a bit without blowing up her boobs.
