I really like dress retex but the neck tinsel still kills it for me, though at least you where able to make the  "dress" look like a dress

Yeah it's a shame, because of the heavy repeater on that part of the mesh there's not alot of space on the texture to do anything with it either. I've thought on it for sure, but not much to work with.

Would make things easier if it would be possible to replace those turds with "normal" NPC's. Maybe at some point with ME3 Explorer... You're done pretty much everything that can be done to unturd them.

Bioware has always been lazy with static npcs, though at least Ottemis tries, even if she loses her sanity.

Man I wish They Hired Ottemis to do Textures for the 360 versions. I'd love to see these textures on my HDTV.

The 360 and PS3 and their limited system memory is why the textures are so low-res in the first place.
