I think I saw some people try the offline trick at a specific time in Smarteck's thread, but you'd have to find the post as I don't remember the details. It's been relinked a bunch of times every time the question popped up, thought that had little to do with DLC replacements but with connection timeouts to the EA server due to texmod overburdening.

No sorry, I didn't volunteer when he asked in his thread because I am busy with my own projects and I believe this trivial enough, as anyone can essentially install the DirectX SDK.

Hey Ottemis, Awesome texture work! When you released your " Fauxhawk" i could see you are using a special skin texture on your photo. Have you released the skin?
What you can do though is have a look at the scar continuity project, they have some nice scars there that you might like instead. In therms of facial textures I have a bunch of them floating around my project pages, ELE08 has the exellent femshep texture overhaul and many others on her project pages and voodooseason's Texturepocalypse is brilliant as well. There are many many others to choose from.
In other news, our Turian of science is coming along. Pain in the ass, but getting there I think. He does indeed show up in the scene where the VS gets carried in after Mars, but is also one of the many outfits on rotation for casual outfit wearing Turians on the Citadel, though he is a relatively 'rare spawn'. Worth sticking effort into as I was planning to do those regardless.

Not yet, but if it's anything like the cinematic wrap, it'll require quite some work still. I'll have a quick look now to see if my suspicions are correct. Woke up too early anyways so while I'm up and about still, might as well. Stupid cough makes me naucious. I got into mesh editing and 3DS briefly after meshplorer was released, wrote a tutorial and released a hairstyle. Actually have two more hairstyles pending still, just haven't had time to finalise them, came back to continue pending stuff.Didact2401 wrote...

Oh one thing... I was trying some hair mods by ELE08, this time a blond version of Brooks' Hair. So I was fooling around at the citadel and visted the purgatory bar where you can dance next to some asari dancer. Check out what happened oO

Btw, I'm going to throw a freaking tantrum over ME3Explorer being a douchebag. I swear to God.
Old version throws an out of memory error creating the .MOD, latest SF version lets me run automated .MOD creation for this tpf without issues, but either throws up an out of memory error near the end when applying it or throws me an error saying "exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation", at seemingly random times. Created the .MOD by hand, same issue. This is a 205mb 25mod job, not fun when it crashes around the end every time, I can tell you that. Am reverting my install again, generating tree-structure for the third time today. I'll try again after, but sweet mother of christ am I annoyed right now.

@ME3Explorer issues, still the same. I'll repack the .MOD into two parts tomorrow (as it's 6am now) and see if that sorts it. Even my Alliance blues .MOD is only half the size of this one, so maybe it really is too damn big for the new version. I wouldn't have thought so, but that the hell do I know.

In my inexperienced opinion, that looks like an alpha thing. Always happened to me converting to dxt5 from dxt1.
Come to think of it, a spec map can do that too...

I the case of this texture, the information that is on every channel of the specmap of her original outfit needs to be reflected in the specmap for this one.
Long story short, I'll have a look to see if I can sort it out for you, sure. Could you mayhaps send me the original textures for her catsuit (diff and spec)? Saves me from grabbing them, I have the others, I'll just use my texmod. That is unless you'd pref I use stock or someone elses ofc, just give a shout or somesuch.
