I romanced Ashley in ME 1 but I want to romance Miranda in ME 2, will the relationship with Ashley in ME 3 still be the same if I apologize to her and break up with Miranda?

Besides some opening banter while she is in the hospital, the rest of the romance should go unchanged.

But I recommend you don't actually tell Miranda that you're breaking up with her...just don't take any of her advances during her lock in scene.
