they are working on da3, and i think me4 is more interesting to write...so unless they are cloned it wouldnt happen. And to make good games nowadays they need to know toolset, which they dont know well imho. Victory Games was never a subsidiary of BioWare. It was just renamed BioWare Victory for a while. It is still an EA subsidiary and always was.
