Adept, human and asari (not justicar) are great.

Soldiers, turian and humans, no other class restors shields, does more damage or takes less damage with AR. Marksman is just insane.

Sentinal, the only true sentinal is the turian with overload and warp till today, by far the top due to tec armor (50% less damage taken and 30% boost to powers).

Engineers, human and quarian. Overload and incinerate, fire and tec explosions + cryo explosions everwhere, set up for crowd control or focus max damage.

Infiltrators, human and quarian are very good.

Vanguards, humans despite that gitch where you fall through the map.

If you think about it, the original characters are probably the best balanced and most powerful out of all we got today. Today, most of them are under powered, share the powers with a new name or just buggy.

Love it when there are other biotics on team
Solider - Batarian Soldier
Sexy as hell,can burn,Slash and still look badass
Engineer - Quarian male.
The grenades and scan so helpfull to the team..
Sentinel - Krogan warlord,Big hammer,Badass armor
Infiltrator - Shadow
Big Metal gear fan,Grey fox
Vanguard - Krogan,all the way,slam,chargue,slam

Justicar - Reave's still my favorite Biotic ability and she's a Asari
Human - Combo's well with most Tech classes. Still one of my favorite classes.
Talon - That Bow and them Cains... Also the only Engineer, besides Salarian, I can play well.
Paladin/Valkyrie - Can't choose...
Salarian - Only Infiltrator I play on a regular basis.
Asari - Gamble build is so dumb I love it. Gamble doesn't always work, but when it does it happens 5 times in a row...

Vanguard: Krogan Battlemaster, although BatGuard is right there.

Infiltrator: QFI
