Human Adept/Talon - one of my favorite kit, if not my favorite

Krogan Soldier/Wraith - Flames everywhere

Paladin/Hurricane - I also like the TSen and the BatSen a lot

Volus Engineer/CSMG - I don't like this class very much, VolEn and Quarian apart

Geth Infiltrator/Javelin - mainly to use the Javelin

Turian Cabal/idk - fast-pacced gameplay is really fun, this is the only Vanguard that doesn't feel like a one-trick pony to me

Out of the ones I've played as and with the build I have on them?

Well, here they are:

Adept: N7 Fury. She's so much fun! I've tried every other Adept other than the Collector and she was, by far, the most fun to play as. Give her an Adrenalin mod III and she dance around Scions, allowing you to demolish them with biotic explosions.

Soldier: Krogan Soldier. I had to think about this one. I like the N7 Destroyer, Geth Trooper, and the Havoc as well as the Krogan (no opinion on the Juggernaut cause I don't have him yet). In the end, I chose the Krogan for one reason: FIRE EXPLOSIONS!!!!!

Engineer: Turian Saboteur. It might be surprising, but I thought this guy was fun AND effective. My build with him is platinum worthy (played through several platinum matches with him so I am sure of it). A lot of people say he is a bad kit, but I think he and the Vorcha Hunter are two of the best non-human engineers in MP.

Sentinel: Asari Valkyrie. She is real fun and very powerful (though you all probably know that). I love running up to a Brute, using Warp, then dashing away before it can swipe, charge, or recover. Easily destroys Marauders and Collector Captains as well as Ravagers and Scions.

Infiltrator: QFI. She is my favorite character to play as and I take her into platinum regularly. Oddly enough though, whenever I use her against Collectors on platinum, every Possessed Scion that can hit me starts shooting their damn cluster grenades at me even if there is a Juggernaut nearby. Damn racist Possessed Scions...

Vanguard: Batarian. I love my melee build for him. He is a Phantom DESTROYER!! Biotic Charge followed up with a Batarian Falcon Punch to the head (and shoot them in the face with my Piranha if they survive). I mainly use Biotic Charge on him to stagger enemies so I can follow up with a Falcon Punch, or to regen my shields when needed. Blade Armor helps a lot when I get those damn basic guys (like Marauders,Cannibals, Collector Troopers and Captains, Husks, etc) sneaking up on me. Possibly my favorite character overall. Haven't brought him into platinum... but then again, I haven't brought any of my Vanguards into platinum.

I wanna ask. Why the Phoenix adept over the base human? Seen two others in thread pick him. Question goes to anyone who likes the Phoenix over the base human. I'm curious

I know someone already gave a perfectly valid response, but I figured I'd give you my reasoning:

I didn't interpret this as a "What is the best kit in each class?" or "What is your favourite kit in each class?" sort of question, so gave a list of classes that I thought gave me a fun mix of abilities.

As to my general preference for PA over HA, I like level 3 lash and the greater survivability that affords a relatively close-quarters adept (more points for fitness). With the HA I'm compelled to max all the powers, typically leaving me 3 ranks of fitness with a similar reliance on in-your-face tactics... I'm a decent player, but not that good, and I like the power damage from the rank 5 class passive. In my opinion the HA is the better class (but still wouldn't have a guaranteed spot on my top 5 adepts), right down to the heavy melee, I just prefer the PA's play-style.
