I prefer leave instead kicking in the PUG, unless the Players are not pressing ready button more than 10 minutes even he/she is ready up with complete gear

I don't always kick people but when I do, I prefer kicking players with no weapon mods + no consumables + no gear.

I don't kick for creative weapon loadouts like Fury + Typhoon, Drellguard + Crusader, Krosol + Acolyte(only).

I only kick for obvious score hounds (where it endangered my own or the team's extraction; we used consumables, therefore deserve the 10% extra creds) and cheaters. I don't mind a bit of leeching, no consumables or new players wanting to be carried a little. Most leave after the first game anyway, and if I can't shake them, I recreate the lobby and my friends re-join. I do use mic, so can often politely (or not so politely) ask offenders to leave before I have to kick.

Lol i have been lvl 860 for ages or somewhere around this, i just can't be bothered to promote my characters, if i would have been promoting my characters constantly i would be lvl 2000+ probably... N7 rank doesn't say anything unless it is below lvl 120 because than you haven't reached lvl 20 with each characters at least once... but still it could be a second account...

Also about using no gear, i have been doing Platinum runs with a friend that had a lvl 500 account and deleted it to start over again, he is lvl 40 now and can do platinum without gear as a Jugg.... Gear isn't everything its is more the player and his ability to use his character(s) and he has to know when to use a missile.

The only time i kick someone is when they go down around 5 or more times in the first 3 waves on gold... because that means i will be carrying you every game and every wave.

for some reason tho, most lobbies are far too lenient.

so my new pug mini-game is: "stick a big red X on the player who obviously has no business playing gold/plat." sometimes I'm wrong, but it's rare, and I happily apologize afterwards.

Yes, of course, you don't NEED equipment, but IF you WANT quick games without spawn-nuking and using consumables THEN you DO.

Having played 3000+ games over course of 1000+ hours--this is the style and pace I choose to play.

I do make it clear in the lobbies I host by saying, in a concise manner, "Use equipment or leave the lobby".

Many times players comply--either by leaving or donning equipment.

Those that don't get mega-kicked.

NB: It goes without saying that friends can equip or do as they please.

I easily get extracted on gold with a decent team. never been kicked for lack of equipment.
I think sometimes we're saving up the "good stuff" for platnium
(which I am doing)

to have a full inventory when you quit playing?
if youre saving gear for platinum, you dont play enough gold.
thats why we kick them.

I usually leave but if your mic sounds like a portal to hell I will ask you to mute and if you ignore I will kick, everything else I tolerate mainly because I PuG in Silver rather than Gold, only Gold and Plat with mah friends.

Also will leave/kick if the host stays on Rio/Reaper/Gold or Plat without at least mentioning "oh by the way, we're farming hope you don't mind".

so if we were playing an mmo, you would show up with no armor and weapon because " you dont need it?"
do you realize how ridiculous that sounds?
drop the selfish attitude with your gear, if you play gold 12 hours a day, you have literal thousands of peices of gear you will never use and will continue to build up.
no personal disrespect, but your standpoint confuses and disgusts me.
i have to leave numerous lobbies and kick numerous people because they think this is acceptable.

the number one reason people complain pugs suck here is because they dont equip stuff.
help the cause, dont be one of them.

yeah, sadly they wont let you actually keep your stabilization modules.

We don't need to use it on gold, but we do because it helps. If you aren't using equipment, then your output is reduced, hence holding everyone else back.
