Hi,

I just pre-ordered DAO and received it today. I installed and registered my game, created an account etc.
Still the game wont show up my redeemed items. I filled in the redeem-code for the Blood Dragon armor and
Shale. I go to downloadable content and update but nothing appears. I checked if I was on the right account, since
I only have one account and I'm at the right one, but it just wont show up! I filled in the code correctly, I'm sure of that.

I've been waiting a long time for this and was realy happy with these items and the quest, but it just wont work.
I need help with this.

How to solve?

1. Make sure you log in with the same account you redeemed the codes.

2.
Launch Services.msc and make sure that the Dragon Age: Origins Updater
service is Started (this was the scoundrel in my case as it hadn't
started itself and I had to manually Start it myself.)

3. Go to the DLC UI and watch as the DLC is downloaded and installed.



Three easy steps unless there's something entirely different that is wrong for you guys.

Click on the little update circle thing first on the DLC page, then on the 3rd tab. It'll be there.

I have pretty much the exact same issue. I have the impulse digital deluxe edition and all the codes redeemed just fine. I was able to register the game at the website as well. However, I go into the game and none of the dlc shows up to download. I have tried doing the circle refresh in game and that does nothing for me. I just want the dlc so I can play the game already.

Tried it over 30 times, wont show up. That's the whole problem.
It just wont show up.

Edit: I've been looking if it's using wrong capital letters since I filled in the code WITHOUT capital letters, but when I
Fill it in WITH capital letters it says the code is unavaiable, which means it's used and SHOULD be working.

Same issue here, I bought it at Fry's, just a regular electronics store, its the CE, exactly the same issue. All redeemed but none are downloading!

Yeah, I have the same issue. I installed the game last night, made an account on this site, input my codes for the Blood Armor, Shale, and the gamestop preorder things, had them all say they were accepted. It's been almost 16 hours now and they're still not showing up. I'm running Vista x64, and I've made sure the DAO content updater is started in Services. Other than not being able to download and wear any of my bling, the game is pretty fun.

I'm having the same problem. I created an account, was logged into the account, inputted the codes for both pre-order and deluxe and nothing is appearing. Is there anyone we can call to ask about this problem?

I still cannot access my DLC after punching in the codes on this site.

Same Problem here. I started with the Blood Dragon Armor. There was a short message saying that the Promo Code is redeemed and then nothing.

When I did the ones for shale and the dragon armor, it didn't work right away(site was still wonky)then I was playing and all of a sudden I got a items done downloading message and do you wish to restart. So it could be delayed.

Got big problem too. Installed The stone Prisonner and logged ingame, the quest was there, fine. but not when I try to log on my saved game, I get the following: ''This saved game include Bioware premium content. To load this saved game, an owners of the premium content must log in: The stone prisonner''. I'm logged on my account and registered the code on my accoutn.. was working fine yesterday..

Some problem for me.

I filled in the redeem-code for the Blood Dragon armor and

And right now it says: "Unable to redeem code".

Are both of mine codes lost or not??

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately this doesn't address the problem we, well I anyway, am having. I ENTERED the codes. I got the message that they were ACCEPTED. The content doesn't download though. It doesn't show up on any of the tabs and the refresh icon doesn't change anytyhing.

A very frustrating experience from the game I was most looking forward to this year.

Same EXACT issue. I was able to redeem the rings, but not "The Stone Prisoner" I emailed EA after a few hours but I haven't gotten a response yet. It would be nice to have some input here from a tech support here.

And where can I find this 'Services.msc' file? Which folder? I used search but it can't find it.
Tell me a Location, would realy help me.

I was able to get the armor the shale kicks back an error stating the code is invalid. I know i typed it correctly.i retyped it twice same issue had some one else double check my work and try same issue. so my question is who do i need to contact to correct this?

Go back to the shop you bought it or contact Bioware.
