Martin Sheen isn't the only Hollywood actor with a Character Voice in the Mass Effect Series
Aria T'Loak, Pirate queen of Omega, is voiced by Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity from The Matrix)
Kal'Reegar, the most professional Quarian Marine in the Flotilla is voiced by Adam Baldwin (Jayne Cobb from Firefly and Serenity among others)
Admiral David Edward Anderson, the most bad-ass sounding Alliance Officer, is voiced by Keith David (The black guy from "The Thing", among others)
and Admiral Steven Hackett is voiced by Lance Henriksen (Bishop from Aliens, Detective Vukovich from The Terminator, among others)
Keith David: Carpenter's version of The Thing, Pitch Black/Chronicles of Riddick, and a personal favorite They Live. It's gotta be more than simple typecasting, he must really like scify.
I'll go ahead and throw out Ron Pearlman since he's got a pretty cool voice...and with Sons...wrapping up he may need something to fill the void. If you wanna go the female route Judy Dench or Helen Mirren...though both are probably out of BW's price range.

Look at all last games: Hitman: Absolution, Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, Dead Space 3 and many more. They're all using perfomance capture technology to take whole acting experience: voice, movements and mimics of an actor.
Pure voice acting in action games is in the past.

I agree, but here is a better link with Bjorn saying 'assuming direct control':

As I stated on the third page, Claudia Black is already in the Mass Effect games. Maybe that's why Nykara laughed?

Big name I'd go with Patrick Stewart... nothing like matching wits with an evil Picard
but if you want really intelligent villians
look no further then Jonathan Franks... cause lets face it
If Cerberus had this guy in charge

Mark Hamill and a role that involves laughing.
Or even without laughing. He made Firelord Ozai feel threatening, and all that character did on screen was getting humillated by 2 teens.
