Not Really. Miranda is the most popular human LI. And BW acknowledges that the Dextro's were only made romanceable due to fan demand (which makes me think they aren't really taken seriously as LI's by BW.) 

In fact, I'd probably say Miranda is now the only LI that competes with Liara. Maybe Kaidan as well.

This all depends on the Shepard. I have three, each with a different LI. For Sara (my canon Shepard) it's Garrus all the way. They fit perfectly with each other personality wise and as far as skills go too. For Rhianna it's Kaidan, and for Nadia it was Thane. We all roleplay Shepard differently so each Shepard is going to find their "soulmate" in a different person. There is no one size fits all.

Not Ashley after her treatment in ME2/3. 

Granted, I hated her almost from the beginning of ME1, but she was primed to be the canon Human LI.

As I said about the Dextro's, they were made romanceable do to fan demand. I don't think BW really meant for them to be taken too seriously. I've not seen or heard one BW employee who romances either of them, except Merizan for Garrus.

I loved her but she got thrown to the sidelines in ME3 i think her VA or her writer pissed someone off. I am doing a new playthrough for PC and that means about 7 shepards and instead of having kaiden in one of them he will be in all of them except ash romace shepard

miranda is 40 actually. but I think the dextro thing isn't true cause garrus romance arc got the most attention. and considering how little time you have tali for in ME3 she gets a ton of romance stuff
