Tempest, no question about it.

I don't like the Mattock, it is probably the best though. Tempest or Locust are the ones I like the most.

Mattock wins without competition. It's better than all common assault rifles.

Mighty Mattock! (Does it count? Not sure of rarity. Dirt maybe.)

Vindicator + Tempest.

Phalanx, loved it in ME2, the Demo and even now it's still my favorite pistol. Although, where is my laser BioWare, WHERE?

The mattock or the Evi, i just can't pick a favourite between them.

Vindicator, Locust, Eviscerator, Viper, Phalanx. More or less in that order.

Mattock, you can bring it to platinum and it will still be useful. (As long as you have quick fingers).

Mattock, always and forever.

I like a lot of the uncommons, probably more than some/most of the rares. In order:
Mattock -- headshot all things
Phalanx -- made anew with the HB mod
Viper -- another weapon made anew with the HVB
Vindicator -- barrage upgrade tones down the kick, adds some ammo, headshot all things
Eviscerater -- a trend here, HVB, plus smart choke and you have quite a weapon on your hands
Just below those
Locust -- head shots, plus you can put the power amp mod on it with no real down side

I want to say Tempest because I use it more now. But I'll always have a soft spot for the Scimitar since my ME2 speed running days.

Scimitar...,any chance of a spare ammo buff?

Incisor, followed closely by the Tempest.

I actually really like the Phaeston too, and often use it on my turians for lore reasons rather than more powerful alternatives I have, and I enjoy using it a lot (though it's less fun on higher difficulties, obviously, this was mostly on bronze runs).

Phaeston hands down, (if you could design a house like in Skyrim) that rifle would be mounted above my fireplace.
Next would be the Tempest (aka the Phaeston JR.)

Has to be the Mattock for me

All of them call to me, I hear their sorrow calls of playing lower difficulties so that they can actually be used, but it's not meant to be.
Sorry Eviscerator, Incisor, Vindicator, Phalanx and Locust, but the shelf is the only decent thing to do to you. Better to live in the future and gleam at the past then to live in the past and try to block the future.

I shall always have a sweet spot for the Scimitar & Phalanx. Bloodpack & Alliance FTW

Mattock, my pride and joy for a very long time, still have a soft spot for it. If I had to marry a gun, it would be the Mattock
