It's a toss between the Mattock and the Eviscerator.

Scimitar... I want to love it, but... but... at least it has less functional recoil than the incisor. :V

Now that you mention it, most of the Uncommons are nice no frills go tos for back up weapons or single weapon casters.

Combine it with a Vorcha in Bloodlust mode, and a mod that sometimes prevents clips from not using up ammo, and you have a wild frenzy!
