Now if only she can be put into a real Alliance uniform...
So I still hate Ashley's makeover...

They could do hair down for like...special occasions, times away from all combat, R&R, walking around the Citadel...but just generally, blah. Imagine putting the helmet to your space suit on with your tresses hanging in the way. Could be a life or death thing, sealing that suit.

The camera angles though...are a little gratuitous.

If I wanted to romance Miranda, I would have romanced Miranda.
Also, another reason it's great to play on a PC...

Does that apply only to that armor mesh?
Also, is it at all possible to convert it to the .MOD format? The .TPF format bogs the framerate down something nasty, so I can't use it.

The no nonsense tom boy soldier look was so much better than the end result of that unnecessary make over. why turn her into Miranda, when you already have MirandaXxShadow82xX wrote...

I don't understand how adding make up and letting her hair down means she's suddenly a Miranda clone.XM-417 wrote...

Just a rant topic. Why did she need her hair down? The old hair was much better and fit that she was a marine first. Also her dumb outfit. Kaiden was just in the normal Aliance outfit. Why did Ash need her dumb skirt armor?
I gotta say, ME3 is the first time I thought she actually looked good.

I guess people aren't allowed to change their appearance from time to time.<_<

1) In the months since Horizon Ash decided to start wearing make-up and letting her hair down permanently. She also made herself a fancy uniform thingy and somehow got the permission to wear it instead of regular Alliance clothes. All this happened because she matured as a character.
2) Bioware designers decided that old Ash didn't conform to their vision of a more sexy Mass Effect and thus redesigned the hell out of her to make her fit their interpretation of "sexy" without actually giving a frack about the character.
Say what you will, I'm gonna go with option 2. Seems to have worked for quite a lot of people who never liked her before, so congratulations, I guess...

And then ME2 & 3 came along and all that went out the window. Cat suits, high heels and Double Ds or larger for all women. Don't even get me started on the freaking breather mask in vaccum or hostile atmosphere nonsense. Don't burn your eyes too much in the chlorine people...
But then Ash was there in ME2 in her old armour and ****ed at me about Cerberus, and while understandable I thought well, maybe sensible Ash will return in ME3.
But no. It was not to be. She got a makeover that kinda threw out all the things I liked about her as a Squad mate in ME1 and then ****ed at me for most of ME3. So very tempting to have shot her.
Needless to say, Liara, Garrus, Tali, pretty much any one else except Jimmy & cerberus crew became favoured squad mates for any subsequent play throughs.
*Hawke - "Yeah.. hey, ah, Isabella... I know it's liberating and all, and good on you for taking charge of your sex life or what ever, I'm not trying to be dismissive, but could you kindly put on some pants if you're gonna do those kicking moves in front of me every damned battle? It's kinda off putting while I'm trying to kill mooks. Also, you know, armour stops cuts to the legs and probably groin, chest, arms... Just saying."
Don't get me wrong, Isabella was whirling twirling blades of death , funny to listen to and I built my party around her being there, but... yeah. I appreciate good armour.
