After buying Microsoft points for the purchase, whenever I choose to Confirm Download for Return to Ostagar, I get an error message saying.
"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.
Status code: 80153003"
Anyone else getting this problem or have any idea what the cause is?

Me, too. Try it on xbox.com and get a message that says "Sorry This offer is not valid in your region, or it has expired."

Kansas City, Missouri right here. It's still giving me the same bloody error message. I'm getting so frustrated. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to get my hard drive and game so I could play.

Of course. I looked it up and the trouble shooting guides online said that it's a problem with EA games sometimes. Something is wrong with the download and it's not live anymore.

Yeah, my game is updated and I'm over in Florida. No reason why it shouldn't download, but neither xbox.com or the xbox itself works. Guess at some point tonight either a server went down or they pulled it for some unspecified reason.

Would be nice if someone would give us an answer as to why they delayed it (we know why on that portion), then put it up for a few hours, and then take it down again. If you're going to put something up, then put it up. If you're going to put it up for a few hours and then find out something is wrong with it, then don't put it up at all. Should of been removed from the Marketplace until it is fully available.

The person stated they only updated their system. They did not even download the DLC, so it can not be the DLC that is causing the issue . . .

I'm getting the same message in Missouri. I agree that the problem could be a flood of game owners that have been checking back hourly, since they teased it "for Christmas."

can a mod give us an answer please? or do yall not know anything about it because the xbox techs are not helpful at all.
