The DLC seems to have been removed for XBL. So whatever the reason, anybody who didn't immediately download the content won't be seeing it soon.

Great job with the DLC, Bioware. You really are setting the bar on this one.

Well, look at it this way. You guys can only get better from here.

EA/BioWare took the content down for [insert reason/problem here]. EA had a similar problem with Fifa 2010 from reading other forum help boards.

In summary: RtO was released by mistake. They were going to just let it goand push the PC version out asap, but there turned out to be some major glitches in the update leading them to pull RtO and the update completely. Most of the questions in this forum are being answered in the general discussions forum by the Bioware folks.

You would think. considering its a problem with the Xbox 360, that Bioware would have the decency to sticky a post in this forum. I would say competency, but its crystal clear that Bioware has none of that whatsoever. Its also clear that they treat xbox customers with utter distain.

Or perhaps it's clear that they are currently overwhelmed by problems they didn't expect and communication has fallen through the cracks.  I fully agree that they have dropped the ball where this forum is concerned and there are definitely some issues to be resolved.  I just don't think there is a grand conspiracy to shaft any of their customers.

sakay, you are a much-needed voice of reason at these boards.  :)
