First off, I love the game. I haven't had any problems with the game itself. However, for some reason I am unable to acquire any bioware points for the last week. Everytime I try to check out, it say that it cannot verify my card. All the information I put down is accurate. Someone please help me.

Me too. All of the information I have put in is accurate, yet they cannot verify my card.
I use TD Bank, so if the preauth is less than $1 it doesn't register, but I can't imagine that is what is wrong.

I can't use it either and I have tried three different cards at two different locations
