I heard a Infiltrator who activates Tactical Cloak and Marksman is pretty vicious. Just wondering has anyone tried a build in where a Soldier would activate AR and MM at the sametime!?!

As Forst1999 points out, the Adrenaline Rush rank 6 Fire Power evolution does not work with marksman. I believe the description for that evolution says you can use "one offensive power". Marksman is not considered an "offensive" power. Neither are Barrier, Fortification, or Defense Matrix.
Tactical Cloak's evolution is called "Free Power" and its description says you can use one power and still remain cloaked. It does not have any restrictions on the type of power you can use.

That was the first thing I tried in the game 1 year ago, actually. I was pretty unhappy about that.
Then when I found out Infiltrator could do it, I thought that was massively lame.

For what it's worth Infiltrators can cut the cool down time for Flare in 3 quarters.

Soldier can bypass the cooldown as well, just not as often as an Infiltrator. But as a weapon class, I don't like that infiltrators are largely better than a Soldier at weapons.
Of course, Infiltrators are largely better at tech than Engineers, and the above may be evidence they are better at biotics than Adepts. So...

Yeah, cloak is broken in so many ways. Still lots of fun to (ab)use though.

don't worry ! No patch => No balance change in Single Player => OP Tactical Cloak forever.
And i think it's a good thing.

No, it is not a good thing. Bringing the multiplayer changes to Tactical Cloak into single player would address some issues with it being completely broken. It would still be broken, but at least it would not be completely broken.Anfauglith5 wrote...

Woah there Caesar. The first person to lay a finger on my SP tactical cloak, or infiltrator class in general for that matter, is going to receive a krogan headbutt to the face!

I don't like the way they balance changed it in MP so I wouldn't want it brought to SP necessarily.
