Looks like some info on DLC has been spilt.

The first DLC will arrive about 45 days after the official release date and will be entitled "Enter the Dominatrix" which was the original title of this project before THQ cancelled it and moved into SR4.

The way they are talking about it in the article however makes it sounds like it's a send up of the DLC concept of releaing content that was cut from the original game.

Looks like Australian ratings board will look over SR4 again, though it doesn't say which version (censored or uncensored) is being considered.

The game is officially Gold

The Season pass so far includes a Director's Cut of The first DLC "Enter The Dominatrix" which plays as a spoof of how DLC is percieved,  the pass will also include the second mission based DLC and the "Rectifier".  No word if any additional DLC will be included.

Game got denied rating classification a second time in Australia

which means they will have to go with a "safe" version to to get it released there.


They have also getting a "Game of the Generation" Edition ready for pre-orders.

A toned down version has been approved for sale in Australia

It removes one mission that requires the player to obtain alien drugs and removes the Rectifier, the board then classified it as MA15.  It is odd that the removal of two simple thing brings it down to MA15 and not the new MA18 rating that was created.

Well, I'll be... these guys take the cake when it comes to romance. I saw in a gameplay video that you can romance pretty much all of your homies. Even an freaking robotic eyebot that looks like an purple version of Weathley from Portal 2. Take notes Bioware.

What makes you think romances will be even taken seriously ? (i know they won't)
They will probably just have one conversation and then sex all day long. Romancing robot?
Fallout: NV already did that
That being said, i bet romances in SRIV will probably be better and more emotional than DA2 romances are

Had a quick flick through.  Seems very much like #3 (graphics and style, which is to be expected I guess) except of course with a lot more features.

Not that spoilery but always interesting I find is at 59:21 you can see some of the inventory of Lets Pretend   The first one is particularly AWESOME! :happy:

The radio track list has been revealed.


Overall I would say a step up from SR3, though since music can be quite diversive I'm sure there will be a lot of mixed feelings about it....... "The Touch" by Stan Bush = win though


The SR4 Inauguration Station is now available as well on XBox, Steam and PS3(by tomorrow) so you can mess around with the character custumization and import into the game when it is released.

Probably going to wait for a Steam sale with all the DLC out again. All this talk of DLC before the game is even out limits my passion for the series, even if I did get a kick out of the last game. Was hoping for a different tune with a new publisher, but seems to be the same old thing.

These days that can be said about any publisher, which is good or bad depending on how you like your content.  However the first DLC coming for SR4 is a parody of the perception of what DLC is so it should be interesting.

If there were two Keith David's playing Keith David and his clone I would of been more impressed. But that will do! 


Im tempted to get the $1million Version of the game.  But I would be wasting my money really since I look awesome and wouldn't want to ruin my great looks with the plastic surgery :innocent:
