Here is another Review, this one is done by one of the more actuve modders of Saints Row 2 & 3 (he has logged over 1000 hours playing Saints Row 2 alone)  he is also not payed by anyone in the game industry.

At least the story, writing, and dialog is much better than SRTT, according to the guy with lots and lots of time to devote to saints row.

Why is it surprising that its reviews are pretty much the same as what they were for SR3? That's exactly what I was expecting.

Let's just say i expected it to go somewhat the way Riptide did (mostly the same game) , the game does not look so different from The Third except from superpowers and go even more silly and by that i expected it to go into high 70's and low 80 since reviewers usually take those things as something negative but i was wrong it seems, still interested to play and get an opinion of the game for myself.

I can read Dutch and I'm also familiar with Power Unlimited and the reviewer; Graddus.

I know he's a big-ass GTA fanboy who's really fan hyping GTA V. His complaints about Saints Row IV are to be taken with a grain of salt, especially since he also didn't like Saints Row The Third, so it's only logic that he's not going to really like Saints Row IV either. The Saints Row humor is not his type of humor, so yeah, if you don't like the humor in Saints Row, then Saints Row IV probably isn't going to be a fun game for you.

I watched the Giant Bomb video review and they were complaining about how bad the Xbox 360 version was and I was laughing my head off at the privileged PC players. Very excited, six more sleeps and one moving of house until I can get it!

You can make your own $1 million dollar edition experience for a fraction of the cost.

A trip to space is like $200k, a brand new decently optioned Gallardo LP570-4 is about $250k, the top tier Supercar Club membership is about $55k for the first year, a Prius for $25k and you still have nearly half a million left to do the rest of the stuff.

I was expecting more average reviews so its very good to hear. I mean the inauguration station was simply just more features and I was worried IV would also be simply a more features game.

Good to see people talking so much about the story and characters.

I had the feeling the fact that GTA V is so close by had something to do with it.

There's nothing bad about waiting for a year or two and picking up the game for $5.
