Yup, you're right. Now I need to figure out whether to play it right away or save it for Christmas!

I wonder what they're planning. I thought they were done already.

There is a rumour that a Mission pack revolving around Ultor Corporation may be in the works since the VA of Dane Vogul let slip he was working on SR related content. Since Ultor was pretty much the only faction left out of the main SR4 game this could be it.
However some of the development team have said they have been having issues getting new weapons and other items into the game due to stability issues (two weapons were cut from "How the Saints Saved Christmas") plus there is only so much room on the map for mission icons as well so we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Stupid. Volition has not fulfilled the potential of the series.

Hmm... such as?

Bringing it to next gen and preserving the balance they had in SR3 of wackiness and drama. What's next, fighting bronies on Mars? Being ridiculous for the sake of it is not an improvement.
Just happy that for the first January in many years i might just have something to play. It's almost a miracle
I hope on the next SR game I can jump around on the moon shooting bronies and furries with a giant earrape cannon while wearing a ****** on my head, glowing high tops, no shirt on and very saggy jeans while eating Doritos and drinking Mountain Dew with 2X XP for CoD MW3 inside a golf kart with 40 inch rims, solid gold trim and a pink/green paint job.SS
Sounds fun.

Sounds pretty retarded, no offense. I hope the grow out of that stuff.
A question about Saint Row 2:
Does it have 1600x900 resolution? I can't find it in the graphic options.
Just a small reminder that "Gat out of Hell" releases today for North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) and January 22nd for the "rest of the world." Overall, reviews haven't exactly been kind so far what's probably understandable given the content and the price point (not to mention you don't play as The Boss).

I actually thought the being ridiculous for the sake of it started with SR3. It's fun for sure. It's just overthe-top stupid, not in a good way.

I'd say the balance you speak of is in SR2, if I'm perfectly honest.
SR 2 was the best.
ORIGINAL SHAUNDI ROOOOOOOOOLZ
Wherever the silliness started, we've still somehow ended up with Johnny Gat and Satan performing a musical number.
That's... quite the progression for a series. I don't think you'd have seen this coming playing SR2 back in the day.
