Don't be childish, the real issue here is not that the boy next door had the toy before me, but the issue is that we are client and we felt we have been -overwhelmed? weathered? overpassed?- (I don't know the word in english for "pasados a llevar" sry, it's when someone is in his rights to expect something, and the responsible parties don't answer correctly and almost ignore the other) with their acts. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN GIVE A PROPER ANSWER TO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM DELAYING THIS!
That's the main point.
