Looks to me like a crumpled article of clothing like a t-shirt that happens to resemble a small standing, robed and hooded figure. Lots of possible mundane explanations before you get to photo manipulation or, if you happen to be a believer, ghosts.

Oh, okay, I see it now. Weird, but not a ghost. Even if ghosts are real, which they aren't, it would be odd to see the spirit of a dead person who just happened to be wearing what appears to be a Palpatine costume.Druss99 wrote...

It's not see through, it's possibly a t-shirt with it's sleeve inside out with a hole which is the sofa itself, that hole is where the arm goes through.
