(Because I am bored, and miss the ME universe, and have no life...) WARNING:Long, and it really doesn't matter.

Basically write some reason (probably lame) that all endings are the same.

-Control, Shepard ended up feeling like he may go crazy with power, and flew reapers into the sun,

-Destroy, Geth were recreated, EDI was not, due to what is essentially personal memory and in

-Synth, people who resented the change destroyed reapers with underground weapons they have been working on in the years between the two trilogies.

-If Synth was chosen, characters still have green flashing eyes.

-All of this information is given in a codex entry, along with epilogues of what happened to major characters after the war, as the new MC is a huge fan of Reaper war.

New game would feature a support system from major individuals, and entire species.

Making choices that agree with the individuals or species raises support, siding against them lowers it.

Locking support or lack thereof means that, even if the species is strongly against what you do, the feel indebted to humanity, and have to support you.

Quarians are all unmasked, if alive, and support you (Romancing Tali locks their support)

Krogans support you if Wrex led them, and their support is locked if Wrex and Eve led them, with Mordin making the sacrifice.

Geth support you, if alive, unless you picked the Destroy ending.

Salarians and Turians support you if you sabotaged the Genophage. (Turian support locked if you Romanced Garrus)

Asari start out neutral, but with a bias towards support if you romanced Liara.

Drell support you if then died in the Citadel Coup, (Drell became more independent, and colonized on a planet off Kahje)

Rachni support you if you spared them in ME1 and ME3 (Locked)

Others are always neutral, except three new species from the new galaxy (explained) who will be the main antagonist.

As far as story goes.
An alliance ship stumbles onto a previously undiscovered galaxy. To try to create peace, another ship was sent to try to create some form of peace. This ship has major races on board,

(Human commander, and another Male and Female human, Quarian if saved, Geth if saved, both if made peace, Turian and Drell by default, Salarian and Krogan, if Wrex and Eve run Tuchanka.)

The team gets split, commander spends the game both learning about this new galaxy and finding his team (maybe one or two new species.)

In the second game, we try to gather support for the war (The "bad guys" are now against humans, after the Commander interrupted their galaxy, as they are pretty much the council, except by force rather than election)
this is when custom play really steps in, squadmates from whatever races support us, individuals support us, or going so far against us that they sell us out.

"Council" of the new galaxy ends up telling Milky Way species that, if they betray Earth, they will be spared in the war (and since they are so much more technologically advanced, it seems like a good deal.)

The third game still has some last desperate attempts to solve major conflicts, and sway people's opinions towards us, and the final mission is on varying difficulties, depending on how much support we have. Final boss is a general from the other team, and if we have low support, we can take two teammates

if we have high support, they can cover the flanks and defend the ship, so we are able to take all teammates. (This mission decides the game, if we win, we win the war, and if we lose, we lose the war, no game over)

Extra Tidbit: bottom level of ship would be a combat simulator. Every Squadmate we have in the new game registers a card, and we can use that card to access a VI version of them to fight alongside, and throughout the game (Or a DLC) we can find cards of the squadmates of me 1-3, maybe even Shepard (Since he won't be in the game, just a VI of him to fight on our squad.)
These cards of the ME 1-3 characters would have the same powers as they do in the ME3 CS, since they are the same card, just being used by a different person.

Also, just because it would be epic, a new species would be based off Earth monkeys (simliar planetary conditions to what a monkey's habitat is.)

Also! Female Vorcha LI, who was in some sort of an experiment her whole life.

If you save Quarians, the new Quarian squaddie is suitless if you made peace, in a suit if not. He was dishonorably discharged from the last ship he served on, lived lowly on Rannoch with no work, and quickly signed up as a hired gun, used to fight against new commander, but you can sway him to your side. (Male, LI)

and they can romance each other, if you don't romance either of them. Would be funny, because that would have killed him 100 years ago. Yeah.

ANYWAY point of the bump was:This was not to read my idea, I meant to ask for your guys' criticisms on my idea.

horray for no lifes lol. how about its been years since commander shepard (insert your preffered ending here). and depending on what you chose the result is

Synthesis) with the new technology recieved the allied forces are able to to rebuild and improve the mass relays and are finally able to finally colonize and establish the council once again. however some new races have come forward (like the shadow broker's race) and established their own society war ensues some want peace but rutheless politicians and ignorant soldiers wont stand to let such an inferior civilization in their amidst.they want all out war what will you decide?

Destroy) with reaper gone the cycle has ended. however the reconstruction of the mass relay was costly without the assistance of the reaper and geth the allied forces spent many years and resources trying to rebuild the mass relays.their efforts finally come to fruition however the allied forces find that new races have established their society tired of fighting the allied forces call for truce however this society cant stand the now weakened alliance so they attack

Control) with reaper under the control of shepard they are able to rebuild nearly everything however what happens when shepard dies.are the reaper still under the control of shepards child or is the cycle to continue?

Seems fun, but I think the control one is not really Shepard, more like his mind living on, so I don't think he could die. That said, I could see them finding a way to make him lose control. Low EMS renegade control is pretty bad.
