Where can I get this outfit? I've looked at all the DLC and don't see it anywhere. Is it only available on PlayStation?

It is the N7 Collector's Edition bonus.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, Tesla, But I bought ME3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition just under a month ago and my Shepard has the hoodie. So a Pre-order Bonus, it ain't.

If you are on PC you can just use the save editor to get it, its just a matter of ticking a box

You can also use the Gibbed save editor to get it on XBox.

Just google something like this: "Gibbed save editor 360" or "Gibbed save editor xbox".
You'll absolutely find what you need.

Hey, is there any way of getting femShep in a tux for the Citadel DLC? I hate that stupid dress and horrible jewelry. It looks like she's going to to be a "working girl" if you know what I mean. Besides my femShep is the dress type.

And I hear you. One of my FemSheps and one of my BroSheps are the classy type. My Talimancer Shepard skips the last dialogue with Steve because it forces me to either hit on him or ogle the strippers at Purgatory.
