So some friends and I decided to put together an audio drama based in the Mass Effect universe and I thought some of you might be interested in it. It's called Mass Effect: Protocol and takes place just after the end of ME2 and will continue in line with ME3, but does not contain any of the preexisting characters from the series. While characters we all know and love are mentioned at various points, the cast is entirely original characters made specifically for this show. This show does take place in the Mass Effect universe so the races, planets and weapons we all know and love are there. This is not done in conjunction with Bioware and is completely fan made. However many of us are professionals in our fields that have banded together to tell this story. I figure what better place to share it then these very forums? You all seem to enjoy fan created content and the entire Protocol team hopes you enjoy this particular creation.
The plot revolves around Terran Cronis, a Captain in the Salarian STG, as he is tasked with the responsibility of creating a team to help fend off the Reaper invasion as part of the N7 protocol. I won't go into too much more detail, but the first two episodes are posted on YouTube and are available on iTunes. I've linked the YouTube channel below.
