Charliff01...what are you on. Iv'e been playing the game with the new dlc for 4 days..there's nothing wrong with it. I think I would have noticed it if there was.

Did you read that gaming article the other day about more layoffs at EA....so yeah.

Like its been explained to you about oh say 20 or 30 times already. The DLC is completely playable on the PC, its been leaked doncha know with zero bug reports at all to boot! The title update for the 360 is what borked some peoples specializations, Dave's been lucky enough to not get bugged even at all with the 360 version go fig!

Possibly because the 360 version isnt bugged..but WAS released too early. Wouldn't be the first time would it. lol

i believe what you are saying but from what we have seen in this forum there are many more gamers who had issues with their specialization classes being locked after downloading the DLC. don't get me wrong. i'm glad that your game was affected but in general i think that the majority were affected. i also think that BW hadintended to let it ride until people started reporting this issue and that is why it was pulled from XBL

Admittedly I know quite a few people who bought it on 360 for the achievement entitlements that then played it on pc and agreed it was infinitely better. But then in my mind RPG's have always lended themselves better to pcs than consoles. 

The toolset alone makes the pc the better choice in my opinion.

Within 2 hours?..no way, Bioware wouldnt have had enough complaints in the short time it was up to lead to it's withdrawal..it was removed because it wasnt meant to be put up yet! and iv'e not seen any reports from 360 users saying it was broken..it was the update that was meant to be the problem..and I haven't seen any update to download either!!

No, all those people talking about the specialization bug are talking about the title update. That's what screwed up our games, not RTO.

  Wait what does more layoffs at EA have to do with the branch of Bioware who is not EA? Do they have meetings with the group of Bioware devs, "say hey guys working on the DLC that has been delayed twice or more & ppl are pissed can you come over to company that is not bioware so we can have a meeting about layoffs even though you do not work directly for us?"
   Is that how that works? haha Just seemed like a wierd thing to say.
 
  So has it been confirmed yet that RTO is either never coming out or it is launching with Awakening? haha i'll check the Bioware button!!!!

agereed. i am just recently getting back into pc gaming. i took a hiatus due to carpal tunnel syndrome but now i am getting it better managed and am really interested in diving back in...not getting rid of my other platforms but it is nice to have another option again

If that line of thought is true then polar bears only exsist in zoo's. I have never seen one outside of a zoo therefore it must be true. Here let me try this. Just because YOU have not seen something does not mean it does not exsist.

Yeah the consoles don't have the ram to handle quite as many baddies on screen without the framerate dropping out.

damnit...now i have to have it for PC too. I just wanted a good RPG for the PS3 (cuz there arent any except for this one)

Without casting too many aspersions, only Bioware really has anything meaningful to contribute and they're not talking. That includes me. Came for my 8 hr status update: still SNAFU. Off to the Landsmeet so no RtO for me. Saved $5 and 45 mins of my life for more meaningful activities, so the news is nor all bad.
