Concerning that, I would like to know if it's safe to keep the RtO DLC I downloaded, or if the final release version will be different (even though it seems fine as is).  Would it mess up my saves if it changes when I inevitably redownload it after the official release?

well it was removed because it was faulty so i would guess that the next time it s available it s gonna be another version up to you though

Well so long as the armor and weapons released with the content don't change, and the quest journal entries don't really change, I guess it shouldn't mess up my saves.  If the items do change I can probably just put them in junk and destroy them, as equipping them would probably make it crash.  I'm almost done with this character anyways.

It's not avaialable yet.  I hear they may be planning a simultaneous release for the three platforms once the Xbox 360 issues have been fixed and the game is ready to be released there.

You're not really missing much anyways, the DLC isn't THAT good.  I think the best part about it is the boots that give you +20% chance to dodge all attacks, which combined with Evasion and Dark Passage (from Warden's Keep), my DPS rogue has like 50% chance to dodge all melee attacks.    But other than Cailan's armor, there's not much to it.

I'm pretty sure no spoilers includes not talking about gear. Everyone knew about Cailan's armour, but maybe best not to talk about other things that you can get.

I'm one of the folks who managed to snag the DLC in the short window it was available and it did indeed relock all of my specializations. I'm fine with waiting for a patch, so long as there is a plan to fix the specialization part without having to go through and get them all again...which i'm not even sure if that works. But hey...the DLC's great.



As a side note, EA's been on a roll, it seems, with patches that break games. That's what happens when a company gets too damn big.

I do apologize torias but there is not much to talk about. I think a little off topic should be welcomed as opposed to the "ripping each others heads off" that has been going on. Also any person that has asked has been updated on the status but the sad part is that there is not much to update on. "its being worked on" from two days ago is not much of a update anyway it is cut and even tho I have been the devils advocate its painfull that that is all that has really been said.
I will just stop it tho.

I agree  I keep checking this forum, only to find there's nothing new to report on since the DLC was cancelled....

But you crack jokes on me who has been working for over a month. Yes over a month. 24 hours a day I get a PM or call I am working. FYI the pay sucks and will most likely be getting laid off in the next 2 months regardless since everything is being outsourced.

Oh and ummmmmmmmmm I like RtO to be soon? Are their cookies there?

Honestly I would be happy with a x amount of things have been "fixed" at this point and time. I dont need to know what they are but a "we have gotten some things out the way" would be nice for me.
