What one person considers a conspiracy theory, another considers a door to a new possibility. Lord knows we all "know" who killed JFK. I look at both sides of the coin as you say, and all I've asked is that BIOWARE treat us with the least bit of decency. A little bit of explanation would be greatly appreciated, not only by myself, but by it would seem the MAJORITY of people who have posted at this thread. I believe they are not performing well on a PR front, and that as other companies do when they have a delay or a recall, they EXPLAIN what was up. Obviously we should see by now that explanations are not what BIOWARE is all about. Just cryptic answers and delays. Yay public relations. I'll try that next week if we get any CPS reports and I have to remove a kid from a dangerous home. Just walk in and be like "yeah, child services, we're taking your kid, we'll call you in a few days and let you know what's up". Yep, I can see that greeted well............with a SHOTGUN!!!

I think one of the things that gets lost here is that we're talking about five bucks. Personally, if I bought it, and it wrecked a character I had spent time on, I'd want my money back. By the same token, five bucks for the entertainment value of a game like this is beyond great value. The promise of what we eventually get is definitely worth the aggravation of waiting for them to get it right. I mean, hell, it's five bucks.

Here's a question: do you plan to download RTO as soon as they make it available for release again or give it a day or two to see if anything crops up again? I was miffed that I missed the initial window but am also relieved to have avoided the specialization glitch. Missed opportunity, dodged bullet. I haven't yet decided on a course of action, but knowing my impulsive tendencies I'll probably just jump on it. Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead. As it were.

I'll get it as soon as I see it available.  I need something to occupy me until ME2.

And believe me, even though I defend them I still want to be given some news. The problem is things like a simultaneous release contract could never be admitted or they would admit to having lied to start with. However, I would rather know that is the case and be aware for future content. 

I guess you just have to realise that asking them to give us an update on a Sunday is unlikely to happen. And I doubt they will read 100 pages or so tomorrow. 

Some of them are probably at home reading these pages and wondering whether they will even want to go to work tomorrow...

i'm going to laugh when the DLC is released tomorrow, then recalled because it turned everybody into stick figures, an event which bioware refuses to comment about.

Hmmm shotgun..that whats next? ^^  I dun think so.    There is a reason and an explanation for the things that have happened or not happened.

We've been given what they are allowed to give us at this point......can't do much else but wait or go do something else.

Obvious this example is a tad extreme, more so than my GRACO example before, but the meaning is the same, you should provide a reason when you do something, if not for the PR, but for the sake of being decent.  All in all, it is what it is, and when it gets here, I'll be happy, and I'll purchase it.  But these forums are for venting, as much as they are for technical support, and my rant is done.........until Awakening is delayed :-p  Now where is that chick fight we had earlier?  Where's the leg shaving?  Let's make this more interesting, I'm tired of hearing how god aweful BIOWARE is and how RtO will never come out.

Gotta say.. I'll buy it the very minute I find out it's out again. Personally the bug seems to affect new characters more than the ones I already have who are above level 14 and have theri specializations.

Well I was wondering why my specializations wouldn't unlock after completing the quests, this sux. On XBOX360 even after the game tells u 'specialization unlocked', its not unlocked and u can't add any points to use it when u lvl up. I'm up to lvl 12 on one character and haven't been able to unlock any of them because of this bug.
