Yes its their responsibility to tell us when they are good and ready to tell us, AND when there's something pertinent to tell.
Again, if you think that they're completely clueless about the state of the DLC, than I'm afraid there's a tad of delusion floating around here.
And again, You might have had a point if they just had a normal "pay and download" option to buy their content. When you encourage your customers to pay you before your product is ready, then you are responsible to at the very least, keep them informed on the status of their "inverstment":
It's pretty simple commercial ethics i'd say.

I realize you like to lean on your
labels..but that doesn't work on me...why are you repeatedly..both you
and Abrieal ..the same ones every day that say the same things over
and over...after we've already discussed the issue between us and
people in the thread?
Actually you post here quite a bit more of us, and repeat the same things over and over. So why?
Its not at all about "fanboyism" its about
common sense and putting things into perspective, getting rid of your
sense of entitlement..and having some danged patience.
The perspective is simple. Bioware takes customer money and doesn't care to keep up a channel of informative communication on the status of that money. There isn't much more "perspective" to be had here.
The only sense of entitlement I see here, and that you're very motherly nurturing, is fthe entitlement of developers to screw up badly and repeatedly, and then not even communicate about the status of the content they already took money for. Dangerous attitude to be sure.
