The fact that there has been 4 dev posts in 140 pages would indicate that they are either not working or not reading, or concentrating on more important matters in actually getting it fixed.
I'm noy sure if you're aware. If you aren't I'll clarify that for you. Software houses have community managers whose sole job descriptin is to handle the communication with the community. I'd say it's very unlikely that the community team has been drafted into coding, or bringing coffee to the coders. So no, "concentraring on more important matters" is no more an excuse than "having to work on the release of Mass Effect 2", it's different people.
So in case you didn't get it - the world doesn't revolve around you.
Actually, in case you didn't get it, the world of commerce DOES revolve around the customer.
p.s. Latin is a dead language that pretty much no-one gives a rat's ass about.
Given how many people in this very thread spammed latin quotes improperly (butchering them in the process). I'm afraid that you're dead wrong.

You don't work on the Bioware team, so its
not your place to pronounce the title update and dlc as good to go. You
aren't the professional. Are you?
No. I'm a customer. And as a customer I'd like to deal with professional people.

all I see from you is that you believe you
know better/act better than everyone else. As I said, if you don't like
the way people use these forums, go make your own and put some rules
up.
At the very least I don't force people to go through absolutely unnecessary walls of text to finally reach a smug oneliner at the bottom.
It's called "netiquette" I didn't make it up, and it's normally not included in forum rules simply because there should be no need to. Just as much as there are no signs on the street telling you how to be polite. if you chose to ignore it, it's your choice, don't complain if people consider you rude, though.
