The handling of the 5 dollar DLC doesn't exactly fill me up with any expectations of a 40 dollar expansion being handled any more smoothly.

Bioware doesn't need an effigy burned for robbing impatient people of their 'right' to one hour of content,or apologists from outside the company offering excuses for them battered spouse style, IMO. It needs to get on a plan for its press hype and product releases that actually work instead of dissapoint/ignore.



Posting to say "gosh,Im sorry I have no news" is not an update,it's a stall. I'm more annoyed by the percieved attitude of 'gosh,buy this other dragon age stuff that was just announced and ignore the deadlines of other less intricate stuff we've already blown'.



I don't want to see anybodys consoles,save games, or other material damaged or corrupted just because I might be eager or excited. I don't want sloppy rushed content either, after 2 botched deadlines and who knows how much lead time for 1 hour of playtime, this thing better purr if I pay for it.

And now that we have been moved to Number Two status on the forums since the release of Mass Effect 2, I am not filled with confidence on the prospect of ANY preordering.

Bioware is going to loose a lot of people at this rate. Most of us aren't even pissed that it's delayed because well it happens, what's really annoying is that there is no information of the dlc. I mean how hard is it to do a weekly post of how everythings going even if it's "Oh we encountered a bug that does this, but we don't know how to take it out." At least then we know that something's going on and there's a reason for the delay.

I call for the rite of annulment the DLC is full of abominations it cant be saved, by the time its purged ill be playing ME2, brb going to get the Templars!

I was a lucky one and didn't download the Return to Ostagar. My specializations are still gone though and when I "re-aquire" them, they don't reappear the next time I play. Seems like tying things we acquire to a "gamer tag" was a pretty poopy idea, no?

It's common practice not to release specific information about bugs/exploits on a game build. That's pretty much SOP in the industry, and I wouldn't expect Bioware to fill me in about it. If anybody involved finds a bug and fixes it before I play it, the system is working as intended. I don't have a stamp of approval.



But after two (that I know of) missed deadlines, I wouldn't play the 'radio silence' card while trying to shill my other related products at the same time while volunteers take flamebait for posting 'official unoffical no news yet' notices. That's not building customer confidence in a brand.

broken promises ****** me off, when in the hell are we are geting the right patch, i am a pissed 360 owner who can't play the game since all my specializations got re-locked, where is the fix at EA, where is it at Bioware, when are we getting the right patch MS, i want answers and i want them now damn it, been a week since i touched the game and not being able to play one of my favorite games has me REALLY pissed right now. i smell a lawsuit at this rate. a really expensive lawsuit.

no it causes the fnbase to lose faith in the company that made the product!

I can't read through 4,000+ replies, the last dev post in this thread was 5 days ago and says they're still working on it. Is that where things stand? I want to get the PC version.

I guess my point was to get the forum back on track with issues that pertain to the topic, but I guess you just botched that; didn't you sweetheart? Frankly I thought this was a forum discussing the RtO DLC, but apparently it's turned into childish back-and-forths (which I have regretably become a part of). What is your point by the way. What do you possibly have to gain by attacking me while I trying to defend someone when they say "People have the right to an opinion even if it differs from yours."?
