If you downloaded something today after turning on your xbox, it was the "title update". If I remember correctly it said "Xbox Update" but the description text said it was specifically for Dragon Age. It's been available at least since 8am EST today.

I could understand such a bug getting through Bioware's internal testing but not only did Microsoft **** up and release the content early but apparently they missed a major bug in their own QA process.



Shame so many balls are being dropped, hopefully we'll still be seeing the PC version soon. (Although I can understand wanting to delay it for a simultaneous release)

Unfortunately that seems to be the case. I avoided RtO like the plague because of the bug reports, but since I downloaded the update this morning all my specs are locked out.

Actually....mine are all okay.  I've levelled twice and everything seems to be working as usual.  I've even restarted and checked.  It all looks good.  *fingers crossed it stays that way* 

Mine were fine until my mage hit 14 about 30 minutes ago. Until then, there was no indication that I had the specialization issue.

You are sure about it is MS fault? Link please? Thanks. As long as there is no official statement just one thing is for sure: Something went accidently wrong. And again it hits the xbox-gamers. Perhaps Bioware should leave this plattform and concentrate on the PC. I would be glad about this. Sorry to say.

Well.  I'm going to keep my fingers crossed still.  lol.  I can hope for the best, right?

a friend of mine is telling me his specializations arent carrying over between chars but i reassured him all will be well soon and bioware im sure will take care of it. personally this doesnt worry me one bit, i would rather they get all the kinks worked out of multi platform dlc before awakening so it will be just that much better.

I downloaded both and played through the DLC, it only seemed to lock out the specializations that I wasn't using on my main character. But I also wanted to say, A++ on the DLC! I really enjoyed it and can't wait to play it through with my other characters.

Could we please get confirmation of whether the PC version will be out? The post that said it would be out "later today" seems to have completely vanished. (edit: ok, it just dropped off the first page. But still.) I've got no problem with waiting, but I'd like to know whether I should keep looking for it tonight or not.

The first one wasn't quite up to my brewing standards and the second one was drunk by all these thirsty folk on this forum...but the next one will be just great.....you'll see.

O crap....just found out one of our inspectors removed the hops and another cracked the stein-so its leaky, but we're on it....any day now...really...seriously.

Can this sticky be updated to reflect the fact that it's only related to the 360 version?

And going forward, can you please, please, put the platform you are refering to in the title? I read earlier in the day that this DLC would be coming out today for the PC. When I didn't see this in my Downloadable content, I thought to check the site. When I saw this update, it seemed that it would update me on the progress. But it doesn't.

I really don't care to read when the 360 version is coming out and I doubt the console players care all that much to read a thread about something that has no information for them in it. By putting the console(s) that are affected by the update in the thread title, I would know if it's worth my time reading the thread or not, as this seems to mainly be a 360 update to the general population.

ya know, i downloaded everything already. ah well. the way i see it, i'm digging the game, and if something craps ups and i gotta start over, oh well. you guys just keep doing your best; that's all i ask or expect of anyone, and you really do some amazing work (the codex alone has held my interest for hours...am i the only one who reads all of this excellent material?).

There was a general thread addressing the release of the 360 DLC and the PC version that was supposed to be released later today. However Chris sent a link to this thread and closed that thread which is why you have a lot of non 360 DLC posts showing up here now.

Perhaps the next DLC should be "Destruction of Ostagar". Just wipe it off the map and forget the place ever existed.
