Well pc users would be after BW for lying to them when they said that the consoles wouldn't affect the pc at all. I personally think, regardless of any supposed agreement, that the consoles have negatively impacted n the game anyway. If they had 1 platform to concentrate on (and from a relationship/tradition point of view I pick the pc) they wouldn't have anywhere near the number of problems they have had.

Exactly. By now I think we all are well aware that the release on consoles HAS majorly impacted the PC version of the game. Whether they confirm it or not, it doesn't make much of a difference.

And yes, in this day and age, unless you're called Blizzard and can afford selling a PC product with an humongous pre-existant fanbase like starcraft to several millions of people all over the world, no one can really blame Bioware to try and cater to the console market.

Though, catering to the console market isn't the same thing as bending over to Microsoft's bribe money. Actually, I can only applaud EA and Bioware for not doing just that and giving Microsoft their beloved "exclusive DLC deal" that i have no doubt they asked for.

I do have one question has anyone that is a 360 user not had the problem of the locked specializations? I was one of the lucky ones that got RTO and the unfortunate title update and the only specialization that was locked for me was Reaver which I think I unlocked in my first play through but never really ever used or put points into.

360 USERS: I can confirm that you can remove the spec bug by clearing the system cache. You need an old save so you can unlock one spec again, then shut down the system. After rebooting, all your specs should be back. I have all DLC, including RtO, and this does not appear to affect them.
