Status: SNAFU All things are currently delayed. OH! But don't worry, we know that they are working on it and that they haven't forgotten us.

They just haven't been around in a while.

Its early yet, though. I expect one soon though.

how about "i waited for RtO after several delays and all i got was this lousy t-shirt", i know its not original, but its familiar.
