Its funny having played both console and pc versions I can easily rip on both sides ;)

First they should concentrate on fixing the PC memory leak, then the broken specs on the Xbox, and finally release RTO after those two are fixed.

Is there a big difference between the console version and the pc version? I have it on xbox, I only have a lap top and it doesnt have a mouse so I figured it would make it more complicated to play.

The big difference is combat, the interface is completely different.  On the pc version you can zoom out to view the whole battlefield and actually target enemies with a mouse.

Also the PC version is harder as it doesn't give waypoints on where to go ;)

Well besides that lol. Is the story different or the fights, is it more interesting to play it on the pc? The only game I have ever played on my lap top is The Sims.

Graphics and how you can modify the game are the 2 main advantages to having the PC version. Games like Dao go along the lines of elderscrolls 3 and Oblivion, and fallout 3 to name a few of games that are mainly made with the PC in mind. But to maximize the companies profits they make straight forward decent version for console for people that dont have $1,000-$2,000+ to spend on a gaming PC.

Ok now I've just had a mental image of Fluffy the Dancing Ogre dancing to that  (skip to 2.30 for the dancing)

Hehe I just realised that the dance he is doing in that is the one the Asari/human dancers from 'Choras Den' in Mass Effect were doing

Did you unlock one of your specs ( I did assassin cause it's the easiest) and save your game?

No it is the same game you just can't modify it like PC people can thats all. On console you are limited to how well the graphics will be in the game. On a pc you are only limited on graphics by how much cash you have. the immersion of the story though can be intensified though by mods that other players make.;)

And yet another fool, who can't understand the save/load feature us PC users have.

As for the "nexus" yup best yet, not only for DA:O but a whole host of other games.

Youtube "clearing 360 cache", and to get your specs back unlock one and save and exit to dashboard.

It may not work for some people apparently but its worth a try.

Oh...I thought it would unlock them all again if you just deleted the update. I have two characters already with specs unlocked before this bug. Not really inclined to start a new character and unlock again. Guess I'll wait for the fix. Thanks, though, Razor.

You don't need to start a new character, you can talk to zevran and have him teach you to be an assassin even if he already has and it will still count.

And unlocking 1 spec reunlocked everthing for me.
