Best: Dagger, Cerberus, Gold. Friends had died earlier and I was alone as a drell adept with the final enemy on the map being a phantom. I reave her and launch a volley of cluster grenades which smack her square in the jaw and she goes flying off to the side, bouncing off a wall. The chat exploded with laughter.
Worst: Anytime a match goes south for the wrong reasons (team mates going idle, not having consumables or using them, people being dicks over the mic, etc.) I'm not bothered by a failed mission as long as there's some effort put in by the team.
For a specific example, there was a recent match that was long, gruelling, and exceptionally painful, but we made it to Wave 11. 20 seconds in, possessed abomination rounds a corner and I snap freeze on instinct, not realizing that it had been primed for a tech burst by another team mate. BOOM. Everyone is dead. No one has gels left.

Best: Completing a Gold duo with a Rl friend of mine(Who no longer plays sadly). This was sometime before Earth.
Worst: The worst is still going on, not being able to host lobbys due to my poor internet.
Noobiest moment: 2 Days after the game came out, tried a Gold on Dagger.. almost reported a guy for having 4 Medi gels, and 3 rockets! I though "He must be cheating, the max is 2!"
(We wiped on Wave 7.. not bad for a level 17 vanilla Engineer and a Phaeston II.

Best - Teaming up on a Cannibal with pull first then throw which on this occasion sent the victim straight up into orbit. I mean, I watched it and it never came down. It got smaller and smaller until it disappeared. It was a proud and satisfying moment.
Worst - After a gruelling but successful extraction on a platinum match with not so helpful randoms whilst the game loaded back to the lobby, server disconnect. Everything lost. I didn't play again for about a week.

probably not too special, but clutching wave 10 vs reapers, kill 3 brutes and 2 banshees with 1 rocket, wave ended.
worst: a leecher playing TGI, only hiding in that back room in firebase white. you dont even need to try to contribute with the TGI, geez!

Worst: First Platinum match, got to wave 11, and suffered a disconnect.

Best: Crusader X day.
Worst: The last patch. Really, devs? Really?! Going after the missile glitch again was so much more important than every other fawking problem?

Best 1: Playing the Demo like an addict, and realizing how much fun this was going to be.
Best 2: Having spirited discussions about weapon designs and then seeing them actually implemented (in a fashion) in game. Felt like I contributed, even if it was perhaps an illusion.
Best 3: Running around as a Krogan Soldier/Adept on Silver & Bronze, bullying enemies with constant head butts like an unstoppable juggernaut.
Best 4: Playing the actual Juggernaut and being an unstoppable killing machine. Smiles and hideous laughter filled the room as I'd suck the life out of Phantoms and gave Banshees the loving they so richly deserved. Watching my team crowd around me for the first time as we'd finally become something akin to a unit. Just so long as no bowling balls keep standing in front of me.
----------------------------------------------------
Worst 1: Realizing how many kits/weapons I wanted to be awesome would never be due to the nature of video games and business. Things like most melee builds on higher difficulties, as a singular example.
Worst 2: The Platinum Weekend Operation. I'd never done platinum before that because I'm no masochist, and I hated the first few attempts. Eventually it just turned into running four Rios as a TGI using a Revenant or a Mattock and scoring well over 100k more than the second person. I was the only one not in the box of shame for most of the game (exception being that Juggernaut who stuck it out like a boss).
Worst 3: The Krysae Debacle. The 'fun' of playing a game which turned into a 20 minute thumb twiddling exercise while GIs just obliterated the field. I do think the Krysae was over nerfed, but I was totally fine with it being taken down a few pegs.
More good than bad, I have to say, so its been a good run. If I decide not to purchase Mass Effect 4, it won't be because of Mass Effect 3's multiplayer.

Best: Winning a Round with my "bleeding out" AJA (others already bit it) because the last 3 enemies (the 3 Marauders who elbowed my AJA down) were standing around in my Warp Sphere with Reave chewing away at their remaining health.
Worst: Watching a trio of sub-par teammates that I've been carrying go down futilely after a surprise Banshee teleport-pull took me out early in the round.

50 min gold pug against reapers (PS3 player if your curious) and that is the worst memory of this game. That also happened tonight and the Good memories are buried under all the frustrations of pugs

Best: My first ever silver game. Moving up from bronze to silver was a huge deal to me for some reason, and I was ridiculously proud of myself for having survived all ten rounds without dying and rezzed each of my team mates multiple times. However...
Worst: ... my first ever silver game ended up with a phantom sneaking into the extraction zone and executing me with about seven seconds to go.

Best: I almost carried 3 silver players in gold, once (the host changed the difficulty). Whoo! I felt like a hero, getting them to wave 10 and finishing the objective when they all died! Too bad I ran out of medigel... Ah, felt good to help them!
Worst: Yesterday, I was in a London/Cerberus/Silver match... Well, something weird happened... My powers were replaced by a signal image! I was a Trooper, and the only power that worked was fortification (by using the triangle button, which was weird). And I had the Adas and Piranha, at the time... It made my Stagger>Flame tactics so useless! And I did not feel like getting up close to hit them with my shotgun...

Best memory would be field goaling that Cannibal that got Pulled all the way up to that hut to the right of extraction on Hydra, then getting hit with throw to get launched into the stratosphere. If you look behind you at extraction you can see "posts" that look like field goals. He went right in between those.
Worst memory is all the times I've searched for Unknown/Unknown/Gold only to be put into farming rooms.

First gold extraction. 40:43 Geth, Glacier. Scrubbed it out with a T-Sent and an off-host falcon+phalanx. I didn't know better.
