What were the principle themes guiding the narrative direction of Mass Effect 1 and 2?
Looking in from the outside of the production, how did the direction of Mass Effect 3 expand upon, evolve, or contradict these themes?
In your experience, was the intent of Mass Effect to allow the player's own morality to influence the story being told and be reflected in the narrative, or was it (as the final choice of the final game implies) about forcing moral compromise?
